To convert from UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) to CET (Central European Time) add one hour in winter or two hours in summer.
The blue marker indicates the virtual buoy location (where the nearshore parameters are computed).
The red marker indicates the spot location (where the surf Hs is computed).
